Rachel Searson is a TREC-licensed Professional Home Inspector and a business consultant with a strong background in operations, compliance, and strategic growth. Since 2022, she has owned and operated HouseMaster Home Inspections providing thorough, client-focused inspections focused on providing detailed information for sellers, buyers, and homeowners. In addition to running her own business, she has worked as a Business Consultant since 2021, helping small non-profits manage their finances and ensuring compliance with all federal laws to maintain non-profit status. Her previous leadership roles in manufacturing and HR include spearheading operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives and managing key aerospace accounts, including SpaceX, the US Department of Defense, and Lockheed Martin. She holds an MBA in Management and Finance from Texas Christian University and is currently completing her PhD in Leadership at Capella University (expected August 2026). Her certifications include TREC Professional Home Inspector and AS9100 Lead Internal Auditor.
