Our mission is to ensure all Rockwall County children who have been abused or neglected and require the intervention or engagement of Child Protective Services are supported by providing for their immediate, ongoing, and essential physical and emotional needs.

We are a working board of volunteers. We have no paid staff, no building expense, and very little operating expense, so that 98% of every dollar donated to us goes directly to the children.
